１０月２２日土曜日に京都で開催された『豚皮を食べる会in京都』に参加してきました。
夏井睦先生のピアノと江部先生の歌声、最高でした。
たがしゅう先生のものまねもあり、盛り沢山の内容の楽しい会でした。
幹事のみなさん、ありがとうございました。
私は、ポークおじさんの豚皮を使ってクッキングショーをさせて頂きました。
遅くなりましたが、その時のレシピを掲載させて頂きます。

『ポークおじさんの糖質０豚皮が！
Rinoマジックでワンランクアップレシピに！！』
< ミズナとポークスキンサラダ >
＝ 材 料 ＝
みずな １束
にんにく (みじん切り) １片
とうがらし １本
オリーブ油 ５０ｃｃ
豚皮チップ １袋
＊豚皮チップは、完成品でok
塩・こしょう お好みで
＝ 作り方 ＝
①みずなは、洗って３～５cmに切ってお皿に盛り付ける。
②豚皮チップを袋の上から押さえて崩す。
（豚皮チップの大きさは、お好みで）
③冷めた鍋ににんにくのみじん切り、とうがらし、
オリーブ油を入れて温める。
④にんにくの香りがたってきたら火を止める。
⑤①に④かける。
⑥②をトッピングする。
< あんかけおこげ風 >
＝ 材 料 ＝
だし汁 200cc
焼きのり 2枚
パプリカ赤 1/4個
ブロッコリー 1/4個
豚皮（揚げるタイプ） ３０ｇ
糖質０酒 １００ｇ
しょうゆ お好みで
＝ 下準備 ＝
・豚皮は、糖質0酒に一晩漬ける。
・ブロッコリーは、茹でて小さいく切る。
・パプリカは、５ｍｍ角に切る。
作り方
①鍋に出汁を入れて火にかける。
②沸騰したら戻した豚皮、焼きのりを入れる。
③だし汁が、無くなったらブロッコリーパプリカを入れる。
④揚げた豚皮にかける。
< 豚皮汁 >
＝ 材 料 ＝
＊当日使った分量です。
だし汁 ３ℓ
みそ 約２００ｇ
（自家製みそで塩分控えめです。
分量は、ご家庭の味で調整して下さい）
白菜 ３５０ｇ
もやし １袋
冬瓜 ２５０ｇ
にんじん ４０ｇ
しめじ １パック
豚皮（揚げるタイプ）
＝ 作り方 ＝
①出汁汁を温めて具材を入れて煮込む。
（みそ汁を作ります）
②器に入れる。
③揚げた豚皮をのせる。
＊お好みですが・・・
カエンペッパー等ふりかけると味がしまるので、お勧めです♡♡♡
